Crews placed girders on Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) at the Arizona Avenue interchange. This is part of a bigger Santan Freeway improvement project that will: ▪️ Add two general purpose lanes in each direction from Loop 101 to Gilbert Road. ▪️ Add one general purpose lane in each direction from Gilbert Road to Val Vista Drive. ▪️ Widen exit ramps from one to two lanes. ▪️ Reconstruct the eastbound Arizona Avenue on-ramp and bridge ▪️ Remove the existing asphalt pavement surface to improve existing
