Homemade Self- Rising Cornmeal I wanted to make cornbread and had no cornmeal mix. So I decided to make my own. I had all the ingredients on hand. It’s super easy, so let’s get started. MCK Ingredients: 3/4 cup cornmeal 3 Tablespoons All Purpose flour 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder 1/2 teaspoon salt What to doux: Mix all ingredients together stir well to incorporate.
