I knew my core muscle were separated (diastasis recti) and needed extra help. I was a bit hesitant booking an appointment, but I’m sooo glad I did. I woke up this morning already feeling slimmer, tummy flatter and even felt like I had a good core workout from just laying there getting the emsculpt treatment.
