Cast iron gets a bad rap sometimes but just because it’s different doesn’t mean it’s hard! Cast iron can actually be really easy to use and clean! Here’s all I do👇🏼 1. Scrub my hot pan under water 2. Dry with a towel 3. Heat over the stove to remove moisture 4. Coat in a thin layer of oil/lard Done! Cast iron makes the best meals and is a lot easier to take care of than people claim.
