In just hours, the first of two new WCK Field Kitchens in Gaza will begin cooking 50,000 hot meals daily. Shadi checked in from Salam Kitchen in Deir al-Balah, where our team is installing new pots and making final preparations. The new Field Kitchen joins this growing network already cooking 300,000 meals each day, further expanding our capacity.
