Went and restocked the Parkway Marathon in Rural Retreat, Virginia today and decided to fish Staley Creek in Marion on the way back. I have never fished this creek so I just looked for the green stocking signs. I was hoping that some trout may have washed out of the hatchery upstream, or I might find some fish leftover from the May stocking. I wasn't disappointed, and this creek is full of small wild rainbows. The colors on this rainbow were very beautiful. I caught six holdover/wash down stocke
