Debbie Bryant made history as Kansas’s first Miss America in 1966, and now a special piece of that history has returned to her from Overland Park. 👑 Earlier this year, our maintenance staff found carefully preserved road signs proclaiming “City of Overland Park: Home of Miss America 1966, Debbie Bryant” that had been sitting in storage for nearly five decades. One of these signs was sent to Bryant, who now resides in Arizona, reconnecting her with a piece of her past. “Overland Park will always
