Shortly after announcing the arrest of 21-year-old Keon King in the kidnapping of 23-year-old Kada Scott, police received a tip about evidence in Scott’s disappearance at Ada H. Lewis Middle School, an abandoned school located on Ardleigh Street in Philadelphia.
