Duck à l’Orange 🦆🍊 Ingredients: • 2 duck breasts • Salt & pepper • 2 oranges (juice zest) • 2 tbsp sugar • 2 tbsp white-wine vinegar • 150 ml chicken stock • 1 tbsp honey • 1 splash Grand Marnier • 2 tbsp butter For the carrots: • Carrots • Butter • Thyme • Salt & pepper How to make it: 1.
