Crewe’s new bus station will open to passengers on Tuesday 7 May. 🥳 The existing bus services will stop operating from the temporary bus station at 8pm on Saturday 4 May. For the remainder of the Bank Holiday weekend, including Monday, buses will pick up and drop off from nearby Prince Albert Street. Signs will be in place. The installation of a heritage wall in #Crewe town centre was completed last week. The artwork covers one of the walls of the new multi-storey car park that's being built, & will overlook the new bus station. Here is a video of 47192 & 47712 leaving The Crewe Heritage Centre on their transfer to the Weardale Railway where they will be on hire working the Polar Express Trains over the Festive Period.
