Tottenham are moving quickly to try and land Manchester City winger Savinho, with his representatives reportedly on their way to Europe for what could be decisive talks. The 21-year-old is valued at around £67 million, and Spurs seem ready to push again after having an earlier bid turned down.

Tottenham have instigated talks over a move for Savinho, but have been told Man City are reluctant to sanction a transfer, sources have told ESPN.

Dialogue has taken place between the clubs and a package worth in the region of €50million (£43.3m, $58.2m) is under discussion
