New York City officials said they are investigating a cluster of Legionnaires' disease that has caused one death and nearly two dozen illnesses.

Since the reported outbreak of Legionnaires’ disease in Harlem, one person has died and more have been diagnosed, according to the New York City Health Department. The Health Department announced Wednesday that 22 New Yorkers have been identified as part of the cluster in Central Harlem since July 25.
