Aside from the singer's small slip, the Mayhem Ball tour has kicked off without a hitch. Gaga opened the trek July 16 in Vegas, playing a total of three shows at T-Mobile Arena. She'll next make stops in San Fransisco, Los Angeles, Seattle and New York City.

This is not the first time Gaga has taken a spill in Sin City. The singer and actor had a much scarier incident during her Las Vegas Enigma residency back in 2019. While inviting a fan on stage to dance with her, she wrapped her legs around his waist to let him carry her.

Gaga, 39, tripped and fell while performing "Vanish Into You" from her album MAYHEM during a MAYHEM Ball performance in Las Vegas. A member of her camera crew who was recording the performance also appeared to stumble in a fan-shared video on X.
