Republican candidate for Governor of Tennessee, Congressman John Rose, has named veteran GOP strategist Chris Devaney as Campaign Chair.

Devyn Michaels, who previously pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the death of the father of her children, now wants to change her plea.
