When the New York Giants selected Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart with the 25th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, they started the metaphorical clock on when the organization would turn the keys to him for good.

The rookie duo of Jaxson Dart and Cam Skattebo connected for a red-zone touchdown on the final play of practice. Dart went through his progressions before spotting the soft-handed Skattebo racing to the sideline with Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles trailing the play.

Worst throw: Seventh round pick Korie Black almost picked Dart off midway through practice. Dart tried to see if wideout Da’Quon Felton could create a modicum of separation from Black along the sidelines, but Black stayed glued to his hip and came away with the PBU.
