A man accused of fatally shooting two Israeli Embassy staffers outside the Capital Jewish Museum in D.C. has been indicted on federal hate crime and murder charges, according to court documents unsealed Wednesday.

Federal prosecutors secured an indictment Wednesday detailing nearly 10 charges connected with the killings of Israeli Embassy staff members Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim earlier this year.

U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro announced that the process is underway to potentially seek the death penalty against the alleged shooter Elias Rodriguez.
