N EW YORK -- Seattle Mariners starting pitcher Bryce Miller will make his much-anticipated return to the starting rotation on Tuesday afternoon when the M's play the Philadelphia Phillies at 3:45 p.m. PT.

The Mariners are activating starter Bryce Miller from the injured list tomorrow, manager Dan Wilson tells reporters (including MLB.com’s Daniel Kramer). He’ll go opposite NL Cy Young candidate Cristopher Sanchez in the second game of their series against the Phillies.
