Sheriff's office addresses 'false rumors' spread by 'internet sleuths' about inmate
The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office has released a statement addressing online rumors claiming that an inmate that was injured in a fight at the detention center.
“Contrary to the internet sleuths spreading false rumors...," the sheriff said.
