Given the way Indiana guard Tyrese Haliburton was limping on his way out of the postgame news conference after Game 5 of the NBA Finals, it's safe to assume he's a fan of the schedule right about now.

The Thunder are up, 3-2, against the Indiana Pacers after back-to-back wins. Jalen Williams and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander combined for 71 points in a Game 5 win on Monday night. The Thunder are back in the NBA Finals for the first time since 2012 after eliminating the Minnesota Timberwolves in five games in the Western Conference finals.

Haliburton has been superb during the Pacers’ postseason run, hitting game-winners in Game 1s against to Cavaliers and Thunder while also connecting on the game-tying bucket at the end of regulation during Indiana’s Game 1 win over the Knicks in the Eastern Conference finals.

Jerry West and Elgin Baylor did it often. Kyrie Irving and LeBron James did it a couple of times. Magic Johnson and Jamaal Wilkes were among those who did it once.

The spotlight of Game 5 was shining down on Jalen Williams and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander‘s performances. However, it cannot be denied that the Dorture Chamber played a huge role in the victory.
