Shannon Nicole Womack is accused of using multiple false names to work at health care facilities throughout Pennsylvania and other states. State Police in Washington County say they discovered aliases during a traffic stop.

Police allege Shannon Nicole Womack posed as a licensed nurse for five years, stealing medication and identities, while using fake references to land jobs in multiple states.

State police confirm the woman worked at least one shift at nine different healthcare facilities in western PA. There could be more.

The aliases Womack used across different areas of Pennsylvania include: Shannon Nicole Parham, Shannon Nicole Abiola, Shannon Nicole Armstrong, Shannon Abiola-Parham, Shannon Nicole Grimes, Shannon Nicole Womack, Shannon Nicole Lawson, Shannon Nicole Lethco, Shannon Nicole Robinson and Shannon Lee Lawson.

Shannon Nicole Womack, 39, has been charged with 43 counts, including endangering the welfare of a care-dependent person, identity theft and forgery, according to court records.
