The Giants, Raiders, and Browns all need quarterbacks. They could essentially keep their current picks and box the Jets out from acquiring one of the top signal-callers. Had Stafford gone to Vegas or the Giants, it's likely one of those teams would have tried to trade back in the draft. Now, a trade-up has become harder to picture.

With the Las Vegas Raiders missing out on Matthew Stafford, here is what they need to do to assure themselves of success in the quarterback room this offseason. They may not even have to trade up for Shedeur Sanders to make that work out for them either.

Stafford was scheduled to make $26 million in 2025 on a four-year, $160 million contract that was set to expire after the 2026 season. The Giants, the Post confirmed, did come up to between $90-100 million in guaranteed money on a two-year deal for Stafford. The Raiders were also there.
