Hundreds of Morrow County residents packed into two public ODOT meetings to offer their feedback on several proposed routes for a new highway connector.

Northwest Ohioans want a U.S. 23 and I-71 connector route, while most north central Ohioans are opposed or skeptical of it.

The multi-year project is funded in part by a grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation and totals $8.8 million.
