A massive fire has ripped through a 67-story residential tower in Dubai’s affluent Marina district, forcing thousands of residents to flee during the night.

Dubai: Dubai Civil Defence teams has successfully extinguished a fire that broke out late on Friday evening in a residential building in the Dubai Marina area within 6 hours.

Authorities confirmed that all 3,820 residents from 764 apartments were safely evacuated, with no reported injuries.
