Overnight Chicago-area snowfall created hazardous road conditions and caused delays at Chicago O'Hare International Airport on Sunday.

Another wintry weekend is in the books! Most areas north of I-80 picked up 2–5 inches of snow, with a corridor of 5–7 inches across northern Illinois. Locations south of I-80 generally saw 1–3 inches of snow from this weekend's storm system.

As much as five inches of snow fell on the city by Sunday. Chicago has nearly eclipsed last winter's snow total in the snowiest start to the season in over 40 years.

Cloudy and cold today with brief flurries, a midweek warm-up into the 30s and 40s, then a bitter cold snap with occasional snow late in the week.
