Retired New York Giants legend Eli Manning previously indicated that he was interested in purchasing an ownership stake in the team. He had sought to join a group to buy a minority stake in the team, but that appears to have changed.

Manning also cited conflicts of interest with his broadcasting gigs and the Manning Passing Academy as reasons to pull out of the bid.

Manning said he doesn't have interest in buying a stake in any other NFL team and that he believes the Giants are deserving of a $10 billion valuation.
