The Baltimore Ravens have a new leader, and Jesse Minter got a "smartest coach" endorsement from a Chargers player.

The Ravens are adding to their offensive staff. Baltimore is hiring Patrick Kramer, who previously worked for the Atlanta Falcons.

"When this job opened, this became the one for me, and this was the one that I wanted," Minter said at his introductory news conference.
