Zeitler (hamstring) has been ruled out for Saturday's NFC divisional-round clash against the Commanders, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports. Zeitler injured his right hamstring in the fourth quarter of the Lions' Week 18 win over the Vikings.

With the news that veteran Kevin Zeitler will miss Saturday night's NFC Divisional Round matchup against the Washington Commanders, the focus at right guard now shifts to Christian Mahogany. The sixth-round rookie from Boston College previously proved he was ready.
Lions' Zeitler to Miss Thursday, Could Turn to Rookie
Mahogany, a 2024 sixth-round pick out of Boston College, has started one game and played in seven this year. He started in Week 16 against the Bears and impressed. Detroit also has veteran Kayode Awosika at its disposal as insurance if Zeitler is unable to go.
