Former Georgia official: FBI’s Fulton County probe ‘sowing seeds of doubt’ ahead of midterm elections
Former Georgia Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan on Sunday said the FBI’s Fulton County probe was intended to sow “seeds of doubt” ahead of midterm elections. “As a Democrat, that’s my focus in part of that is telling the truth and continuing to stand up for what was a fair and legal election in 2020.
The FBI raid is related to Fulton County's vote counting role in the 2020 election between Donald Trump and Joe Biden. At least 700 boxes of ballots and other related materials were seized.
The FBI on Wednesday seized original 2020 Fulton County voting records.
According to Dolezal, 70 individuals were registered at a single UPS store in Fulton County. Another 96 voters were registered at a second UPS store. He also said 19 voters were registered at an abandoned home.
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche told CNN this morning that the FBI's seizure of Fulton County, Georgia's 2020 election ballots was authorized by a warrant provided by a federal grand jury as part of a criminal investigation into election fraud.
