Police are investigating after a small plane crashed Sunday afternoon near the runway at Erie Municipal Airport in Weld County, according to the department.

ERIE, Colo. — Multiple agencies responded to a small plane crash near Erie Municipal Airport on Sunday afternoon, the Erie Police Department said. Mountain View Fire Rescue said there were two people onboard the plane when it crashed into a field on the east side of the runway. It's unclear if anyone was injured.

The Packers were delayed at Green Bay's airport for five hours, so they held a walk-through on the tarmac to pass the time.
