Multiple regions of the country faced the possibility of severe weather on Thursday, according to forecasters.

As of 2:30 p.m. Thursday, 414 flights headed in and out of DIA had been delayed and 13 had been canceled, according to flight tracking data from FlightAware.

Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are in the forecast for New Jersey through Father’s Day weekend. A weak cold front approaching from the northwest tonight will become nearly stationary, setting up a prolonged period of unsettled weather.
