Children were in both vehicles involved, and the victim was unarmed in a deadly road rage shooting in Tempe earlier this week, according to court records. Police said the deadly shooting happened on July 1 near Warner Road and Priest Drive. The man accused of the shooting appeared in court Wednesday afternoon.
