Philadelphia Eagles star running back Saquon Barkley was seen spending time with US president Donald Trump a day before the team’s visit to the White House to celebrate their recent Super Bowl victory.

The Eagles are Super Bowl 59 champions, and as is par for the course, Jeffrey Lurie's team will visit President Donald Trump at the White House on Monday afternoon. The US Sun initially caused mass confusion after the Super Bowl when it reported that Philadelphia team brass and some players had declined an invitation to the White House.

President Donald Trump watched the Eagles dominate the Chiefs in person in Super Bowl LIX. On Monday he'll celebrate the team at the White House.
