Tesla is aiming to launch a robotaxi service in Austin, Texas, but critics say they still haven't cracked autonomous driving technology.

A Tesla attorney says granting Reuters an information request would disclose 'deployment procedure, process, status, and strategy,' and would thereby 'irreparably harm Tesla.'
