Born Again prepares for its Disney+ premiere, rumors regarding the potential cast of Season 2 have already started to circulate. Seven years after ending its three-season run on Netflix, the Charlie Cox-led Daredevil series is finally making a much-awaited return to the small screens,

Deadline reports Akiva Goldsman has been hired to develop “a new Universe at Legendary Television” based on the TV series’ of Irwin Allen, beginning with Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Land of the Giants and The Time Tunnel.

Filming for season 2 of “Daredevil: Born Again” began in New York City in early March. Showrunner Dario Scardapane told Collider in an interview published in February that season 2 will have eight episodes, while season 1 has nine.
