Nationwide protests are expected across the country Saturday as part of “No Kings Day,” opposing the president's policies.
Connecticut’s rally was one of more than 2,000 demonstrations held across all 50 states and 17 countries organized in part by the 50501 Movement and the organization Indivisible.
Protests will extend across the southwest and northeast corners of the state. Rallies are also planned in major cities including Bridgeport, New Haven and Hartford.
