The Cannes Film Festival is now in full swing, opening its slate with three highly anticipated world premieres: Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, starring Tom Cruise, Hayley Atwell, and Angela Bassett; Mascha Schilinski’s thriller Sound of Falling; and Sergei Loznitsa’s drama, Two Prosecutors.

The 'Final Reckoning' filmmaker partook in a masterclass at Cannes, which featured a surprise appearance by Cruise, who declined to state if the latest 'Mission' would be his last: "I'd rather just people see it and enjoy.

They've chosen to accept it with some caveats. Paramount lifted the social embargo on Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning late Monday night, two days before the film's world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.

Impossible' movies are available to stream via Paramount+, Hulu, Prime Video and Fubo ahead of the final film in the franchise.
