The ACC announced Tuesday that it had resolved its legal disputes with Clemson and Florida State, the two football powerhouses that threatened the conference’s future viability with legal threats over the terms of their possible departures.

The ACC has confirmed that all pending lawsuits are closed with the conference remaining intact for the near future.

The ACC will no longer distribute media-rights revenue equally but give bonuses to schools that draw the most TV viewers.
