The favourite takeaways from across the UK and Ireland were selected from a pool of 130 restaurants and it has now been whittled down to the final 12.

Meanwhile, the best takeaway in the South-East, is, according to Uber Eats, Natty's Jerk Kitchen. The restaurant serves fried jerk burgers, rice and peas, corn on the cob and plantain.

The popular food delivery platform has approximately 890,000 restaurants on its books but has included 130 of them from across the UK and Ireland who were the most popular.
