Reeves has a solid rookie season with the New Orleans Pelicans, averaging 6.9 points per game in 44 games played. Reeves will now take the final two-way spot in Charlotte, joining KJ Simpson and Drew Peterson with the other two spots.

Hornets' Antonio Reeves: Inks two-way deal with Charlotte

The Hornets signed Reeves to a two-way contract Wednesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports. Reeves had a strong showing during the Las Vegas Summer League while playing for the Pelicans. The Kentucky product played in five games, averaging 14.4 points and 3.4 rebounds, shooting 46.3 percent from the field and 31.3 percent from three-point range.
