If they are walking, then they will love exploring the dramatic play and the grocery store in there. The ball area upstairs is a hit with even the littlest. There is also a separate area for little ones with paddled crawling area etc. The outside water tables are also great for toddlers if you can get one of the stools and assist them.
How pack does it get for Free Family Night? I am trying to determine how early to arrive.

We went on a paid day & we had to park two blocks away from the DoSeum The parking lot was packed. We loved it & we'll be back again soon. My recommendation would be to arrive early.
Looks like most of the "Average and below" ratings are from 2014 and earlier. Has anyone been there before this year and went back in '15? Have family from out of state with small children and looking to go here for the day.

We went there January 2015. Kids (8 and 10 years old) really enjoyed it. Clean and well maintained. They still talk about it as the favorite children's museum they've been to. I would suggest you can spend a couple hours there, but no way it's a full day.
